Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped
The St. Clair County LBPH Service is a FREE library for residents of all ages
who have visual, physical, and/or reading limitations that prevent them from
using standard print materials. An application that is certified by a competent
authority (see application for definition) is required before services can
begin. The area served by this library includes St. Clair, Huron, Sanilac and
Tuscola Counties. The materials loaned include: Large Print Books, Audio Books,
Braille, and Descriptive Videos. Special equipment is loaned for the use of
audio books, and all items are sent postage free through the mail.
