Purpose
The purpose of our organization shall be:
- to maintain an association with persons interested in the library
- to encourage and support reading in the community
- to focus public attention on the library
- to attract bequests and gifts and raise funds for appropriate materials beyond the reosurces of the library budget
- to lend legislative support where needed
Projects Underway
We are putting together a Cookbook to celebrate the Memphis Library's 40th Anniversary. We are collecting all types of recipes for the cookbook. If you would like to submit a recipe they can be dropped off at the Memphis Library, emailed to scrappintheresa@yahoo.com
