On Your Mark, Get Set...READ!
Starting June 20 and lasting through August 13, readers of any age can explore all things sports and fitness this summer as the St. Clair County Library System presents “On Your Mark, Get Set, Read!” as the theme for its summer library program. Activities include kick-off parties, physical challenges, arts and craft projects and many more fun things to do. Patrons of any age are encouraged to participate but the library would especially like to encourage children.

Music in the Stacks
Upbeat and unplugged summer fun. Be part of the musical experience and warm voices of the local band Still Running as they share some Americana and folk music, a variety of musical instruments, and occasionally teach a song or two. Children may wish to have a free lunch that will be served at the library prior. All welcome.

The Inns and Outs Of Michigan
This presentation will concentrate on unique and historic inns located throughout the Lower Peninsula of Michigan. It also will include interesting attractions near them. The travelogue will begin with the historic National House Inn in Marshall which is the state's oldest operating inn. It will conclude with an in-depth look
at the various inns of Mackinac Island including a 'Somewhere In Time' weekend at the Grand Hotel! Registration requested. All ages of adults welcome.
