Changes to Hoopla

Starting November 1st, you may see a new error message in Hoopla when trying to check out a title. Due to an increased number of patrons using the service, Hoopla is costing more than we anticipated. In an effort to provide equal access to everyone, there is now a daily budget cap on Hoopla checkouts. When the cap is reached for the day, the option to check items out will be disabled until the budget rolls over the next day. We're grateful so many of you are interested in Hoopla and we will continue to look for a better solution. If you're a Hoopla eBook or audiobook user, we encourage you to try OverDrive for access to more titles.
